After graduating from Chapman University, Salina started socialomical at her local Starbucks. Seeing her first success in college as an intern for 4 years building the DreamItAlive.com brand, she realized she could help more founders if she started her own agency. With her experience in branding for VitaminWater, she saw first hand the power of brand experiences and activations. While her time pioneering the solar utility industry with Gen110, she realized how the brand, customer experience, employee experience, lead generation, and internal processes worked hand in hand.
She grew from the bottom to the top within 2 years going from door knocker to Talent Acquisition and Brand Manager. She has saved the companies she has worked with hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad spend, talent referrals, lead gen, social growth, and much more. Eventually, she started working with her first client BlissWineImports.com. She helped lay down the social foundation for them to grow on and eventually helped them strategize a low-cost lead gen strategy for restaurant accounts across the US. This was the beginning of several success stories using her low-cost strategies.
